Surprise! I moved again (more on that later). I’ve been in the DFW (Dallas/Fort Worth) area for about a month now. I can honestly say that I’m absolutely loving it! 😍 This city has so much to offer and it’s not as “crowded” as Atlanta (I said what I said 🤷🏾♀️). Upon my second week here, I wanted to do some exploring. My cousin told me about Deep Ellum. It’s a cool hip neighborhood in downtown Dallas that reminds me of Little 5 Points in Atlanta. There’s graffiti, street art and performs, and lots of cool shops bars and restaurants.

We were fortunate enough to come on a day when they had a street market going on. There were so many cool vendors.
The unfortunate part was that we caught the tail end of it and everyone was packing up, so I didn’t get any information about them. 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️ (I promise I’ll do better next time) 😬🤞🏾

Next mission was finding drinks. 🍸 We stopped to party and get drinks from this cool little bar called Crowdus Bar. It was so fun and they have the cutest swing chairs. (I stan for swing chairs btw 😍) But after the slight turn up it was time for food. We stopped by this pizza 🍕 place, Serious Pizza, that serves 30″ pizzas‼️😳 Seriously they were huge. But my stomach could not wait for the long line 🙄 so we ate somewhere else. We choose WingBucket, this wing spot that serves awesome daiquiris (Dallas loves their daiquiris) 🍹 They literally have daiquiri shops EVERYWHERE. And you can take them to go. 🙌🏾

After a few bar hops, we settled at a rooftop bar called Stirr. When I tell you it has the most amazing view of the city. 🌃 Seriously the place to be. It had cool vibes, awesome people, and a photo booth! I was super excited. In that day alone, I knew I was hooked. I can’t wait to explore more of my new city. 🥰 Be sure to check out my stories on IG for more fun! Also if you haven’t already, follow me on Snapchat (realdominoj). Everything happens there first. 😜 Catch you guys next time. 🤙🏾
